Kelly Pool Tracker ("the app") is operated by an independent developer for use by pool/billiards clubs and casual groups. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it's used.
Information we collect
Account details: email address, display name, and password (or Google account info if you sign in with Google)
Club and match data: clubs you create or join, match results, ball pots, frame history, handicaps, and stats tied to your account
Guest player data: display names for guest players added by a club admin (guests don't need their own account)
Optional camera stream: if a club admin enables a live camera feed for Venue display, that feed is relayed through our server but is not recorded or stored
How we use it
Account and match data is used solely to run the app — tracking matches, calculating stats, and displaying club leaderboards and history. We don't sell, share, or use your data for advertising. There are no ads and no third-party trackers in the app.
Data storage
Data is stored on infrastructure operated by the developer. Club owners can delete their club (soft-deleted for 7 days, then permanently removed). You can delete your account at any time: this immediately removes your email address, password and linked Google account while shared clubs, matches and statistics remain for other members — seeHow account deletion works.
Third parties
Google Sign-In, if you choose to link or sign in with a Google account (subject to Google's own privacy policy)
Resend, our email provider, used only to send account and club-related transactional emails (password resets, invites, notifications)
Stripe — Stripe receives the account and billing information needed to process and manage subscriptions. Payment details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. The app stores Stripe billing identifiers and subscription status, not full card numbers or security codes.Stripe privacy policy.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect data from children under 13.
